We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 25 years of age unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.
PAYMENT – An advance payment of half of rental fee is required immediately to hold your dates. Please make payments in the form of traveler’s checks, bank money orders, cashiers check or personal checks payable to: Cindy Noll The BALANCE OF RENT is due (6 weeks) before your arrival date along with a $250 damage security deposit. This will be refunded within one week after departure dependent on home inspection. PayPal and credit cards can be used for payment but 3% will be added for the transaction fee.
CANCELLATIONS – A sixty day notice no penalty. All credit card cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee or $50 whichever is greater. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 60 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment and damage/reservation deposit. Cancellation within 60 days or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 in beds. We do have a pull out queen sofa. We also do have one pack n play crib that will sleep one baby.
INCLUSIVE FEES –FREE spa heat, FREE Verizon FIOS internet access, FREE nationwide long distance.
NO DAILY CLEANING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily cleaning service is not included in the rental rate. However, it is available at an additional rate. This is a self-catering home. You’ll need to supply your own laundry detergent, dish soap, cleaning supplies, paper products, and bath soaps. A starter supply will be provided.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.
FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit, and / or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.
WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above-mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance by the owners.
PARKING – driveway parking accommodates 2 cars. The garage has been converted to our games room.
STORM POLICY – It’s Florida and we do have hurricanes. We are not responsible for canceled vacations due to weather conditions. We strongly suggest you take out travel insurance so that for any reason you don’t lose your money when you take a trip. One site to check on Travel Insurance is http://www.travelguard.com/ well worth the money for all of us! We are no responsible for canceled flights causing arrival delays.
The Mouse Club is privately owned; we are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others who they invite to use the premises.
